Bruno started his career in the field of multi-media processing in the digital and mobile domain. He joined VITO in 2009 and after establishing operational excellence services for the Copernicus land at global and European scale, he now leads a Natural Capital Accounting team.

Natural Capital Accounting values the (mostly implicit) contribution from nature to the economy and humanity. It provides information at geospatial scale to enable decision makers in public and private sector to improve transforming towards nature positive. He is leading several projects to mainstream ecosystem accounting in Europe and integrating Remote Sensing datasets.
