Wouter Dierckx has made a career out of connecting ideas. He has consciously chosen to do research on out-of-the-box technologies. That approach brought him to nonlinear optics, AI software, and now remote sensing.

Remote sensing shows how people interact with their environment, and with each other. That allows me to connect ideas on a large scale.

Connecting ideas of people around him is Wouter’s main drive. Both business guys and diligent scientists have a certain language that he tries to understand. His goal? To have them understand each other. This is something he does in his personal life as well (in theater projects etc.).
